The 13th con­gress of the Inter­na­tion­al Research Soci­ety INTERPRAEVENT has taken place in Lucerne (Switzer­land) between 30 May and 2 June 2016 in pres­ence of 600 experts from over 15 nations. It was co-organ­ised by the Fed­er­al Office for the Envir­on­ment FOEN and the Can­ton of Lucerne. The pro­gramme was focused on inter­dis­cip­lin­ary research on integ­rated risk man­age­ment in the field of nat­ur­al haz­ards.
